Level 2 | Flagship System Residencies
From Labs to Living Systems.
The Design Residency transforms short-term activation into long-term architecture.
Over twelve weeks, school teams partner directly with 5A Elite facilitators to design and launch a Student-Athlete Advancement Academy structure that embeds one or more Flagship Systems into daily school operations.
Each Residency focuses on co-designing measurable, trauma-informed frameworks that align academics, wellness, leadership, and family engagement under one unified data structure. Guided by the Master Command System, teams use design-thinking, leadership coaching, and continuous feedback loops to turn insight into infrastructure.

Level 3 | Full Advancement Academy Rollout
Infrastructure. Capacity. Impact.
Systems Integration
Systems Integration is the highest level of partnership within the 5A Launch Pathway. Our multi-year collaboration helps schools and districts grow into sustainable, student-centered infrastructure while 5A carries the weight of design, facilitation, and data management in the early stages. The goal is to ensure smooth adoption, lasting ownership, and measurable results without overwhelming school teams.

Year 1 | 5A-Led Pilot Integration
5A installs two or three core Flagship Systems (typically Academic ExtraPoint, HealthySeeds Initiative, and OverTime Sport Studies) to establish proof of concept and collect baseline data. During this phase, 5A leads facilitation, staff modeling, and data operations while the school team experiences visible progress and early wins that build internal momentum for growth.

Years 2–3 | Co-Facilitated Full Integration
Schools expand to all six Flagship Systems, forming the complete Student-Athlete Advancement Academy framework. Implementation becomes co-facilitated: 5A continues to lead, while internal leadership teams take on guided responsibilities and build operational confidence. During the second half of Year 3, 5A begins a structured handoff process. Coaches, administrators, and student leaders assume facilitation roles under live mentorship and data feedback cycles. This gradual transition ensures long-term ownership, fidelity, and sustainability.
