From Locker Rooms to Legacies
Rebuilding America's Civic Infrastructure Through Student-Athletes

5A Elite Youth Empowerment is leading a national movement to transform public education through trauma-informed, sport-centered infrastructure. Our Civic Campus is a full-school model that embeds permanent systems for academic recovery, holistic wellness, leadership development, and family engagement. This is not a program—it’s a 10-year strategy anchored by flagship districts. We are looking to launch 50 scalable Civic Campus sites across the country by 2035 in order to equip student-athletes as catalysts for generational change. Each Civic Campus is both a national demonstration site and a long-term investment in transformation, capacity-building, and student success.

The 10-Year National Strategy (2025–2035)
A decade-long commitment to launch 50 Civic Campuses across the U.S.—each embedding trauma-informed academic, wellness, and leadership systems into the school day. Built to scale. Designed to transform. Powered by coaches & student-athletes.
National North Star

One model. Fifty districts. Ten years. Each Civic Campus becomes a demonstration site—generating real-time data, community engagement, and replicable infrastructure to shift from programs to permanent infrastructure.
