5A Elite is an innovative youth empowerment agency committed to leveraging the power of sport and play to transform students, schools and communities into agents of change. As a trauma-informed social impact organization, we implement a unique framework that combines holistic sport education and social innovation to address trauma, build resilience, and unlock the full potential of both coaches and student-athletes, both on and off the field.

Established in 2007 and officially incorporated in 2014, we've evolved to deliver relief, restoration, and advancement to under-resourced students through strategic collaborations with schools, communities, and corporations. By harnessing the unifying power of sport and its cultural influence, we strive to uplift students and families, strengthen schools and communities, and create a vision for a brighter, more hopeful future that inspires transformational leadership and meaningful change. ​
