Our "Coach 4 Life" case management system moves students from where they are now into a strategic life plan and onto an identified holistic advancement pathway. The process is contextualized to each individual student and includes a variety of strategies, techniques, and resource coordination styles. Trauma-trained support staff are deployed at each site to deeply engage and support student participants.

To supplement our robust leadership and mental performance training, students also gather for conferences, workshops, and seminars that combine design thinking, civic engagement, holistic wellness, and entrepreneurship as vehicles of social innovation and community impact.
